Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy lists what may not be sold or done on SellPass. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may remove listings and suspend stores that break it.

Prohibited products and services

• Anything illegal where the Seller or the Buyer is located.
• Stolen, leaked, cracked or fraudulently obtained goods: hacked accounts, stolen credentials or payment data, "carding" material, cracked software or pirated content.
• Goods that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, including counterfeit licence keys and unauthorised resale where the licence forbids it.
• Malware, exploits, phishing kits, botnets, DDoS services or tools meant to break into systems or accounts you are not authorised to test.
• Personal data of other people, doxxing or surveillance services.
• Sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content promoting violence, terrorism or hatred.
• Weapons, drugs, controlled substances or regulated goods sold without the required licences.
• Gambling, investment, "get rich quick" or financial schemes that are illegal, misleading or unlicensed.
• Fake documents, fake reviews, or services meant to deceive or defraud others.

Prohibited conduct

• Misleading listings, hidden conditions or bait-and-switch delivery.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or evading sanctions.
• Spamming, scraping, overloading or attacking the Platform or its users.
• Circumventing suspensions, fees, limits or verification.
